Frequently asked questions
Concretely, what do I gain on a file?
You no longer leave a review with a list of questions to dig into. You leave with a list of points + one proposal per point. The time spent piecing sources together and wording a correction is absorbed by the AI.
On which documents does EryonOne really make a difference?
Documents where consistency between sections matters (a technical-file chapter, an investigator brochure, a clinical report) and promotional material where each claim must be traced to a source (ANSM, SmPC). Beyond roughly a hundred pages, split the file by chapter.
Can the AI be wrong on a finding?
Yes. That is why each finding quotes its passage and, when it relies on a text, its source, with a confidence score shown next to it. If the AI hallucinates a reference or misreads a text, you see it and dismiss it in one click.
How is the arbitration traced?
Each decision (accept or dismiss) is recorded with the user, the timestamp and an optional comment, then followed through to its fix, open or resolved. The trace stays available in the project.
Can my team work together on the same file?
Yes. One organisation brings together several users, with four roles (owner, admin, member, viewer), a shared credit ledger, findings assigned to an owner with a priority and a due date, and per-user action tracing.
Does EryonOne replace a senior reviewer?
No. EryonOne provides the material. The regulatory, medical or quality decision stays with your experts. The report is working material, not an approval.
