02 Calculation logic
Five axes, one final price shown before launch
The calculation stays behind the scenes. You enter the exact PDF page count, the axes and the number of scientific references; each selected axis has a 150-credit minimum per launch, and 200 for coherence, and the price is shown in credits before anything is charged. The conversion is fixed: 5 credits = €1 excl. tax.

Three things to know, that's all
Per review, by pack or by subscription
Pay for one review at a time, take a credit pack, or switch to a monthly subscription if your volume is steady. No duration commitment outside a subscription: free top-ups start at 100 credits (€20 excl. tax), with no annual minimum.
Regulatory + scientific = 1 support axis free
When you order both regulatory and scientific, the most expensive support axis you ticked (linguistic or format) is not charged. You need to have ticked at least one to benefit.

A pack is sold at the price shown, with no commitment: past a certain volume it adds bonus credits. Outside the packs, you top up whatever amount you want at the unit rate.

Your questions about pricing
Are prices excluding tax?
Yes. All prices are excl. tax. The final amount is confirmed before each processing run is launched.
Why does the price vary by document?
The price depends on the exact page count, chosen review axes and, for the scientific axis, the number of references to check. The estimator shows the final amount before validation.
How does degressivity work?
It applies automatically by internal tiers as page volume increases. Scientific references are not degressive: they stay at the flat per-reference rate.
Which formats are available?
For now, review is available on PDF. Word and PowerPoint come next. The report is exported as PDF, CSV or interactive HTML.
How do credits work?
Credits are the internal unit. 5 credits = €1 excl. tax, i.e. €0.20 excl. tax per credit. They do not expire: you top up when you want, you consume when you want. VAT at the applicable rate is added at payment.
Is there a commitment?
Not for pay-per-review nor for credit packs: every run is confirmed before launch, you spend when you want, and credits do not expire. The subscription is monthly and renews until you ask us to stop it: write to us and it ends at the current period end.
Can I get a volume quote?
Yes. Volume quotes and contractual frameworks are handled with us: describe your volume and your schedule through the contact form. Security, GDPR or DPO requirements go through the same form.
Is there a free trial?
Each new account receives one free review, to be used within 30 days; a reminder is sent 5 days before it expires. No welcome credits are added; subsequent reviews use the credit balance.
What happens if a review fails or I cancel it?
If the run fails on our side, credits are refunded automatically, with nothing to ask for. If you cancel, the refund is full as long as processing has not started; once it has, the run is due.
